they are taken off. The Velcro strap is easy to seal, as well as unseal.
Now, for me, I had to get creative, I placed them on
my wrists, and following my submission, my significant liked them so much, once
they came off, he placed one around each ankle…You definitely have to use your imagination
for that vivid picture.
